Régine Léonie Guion-Firmin

Régine Léonie Guion-Firmin is an experienced professional in the coffee and tea industries, currently serving as an Authorized SCA Trainer for the Specialty Coffee Association since February 2016 and as an Authorized Tea Certifier for the European Specialty Tea Association since August 2022. Régine has delivered SCA education in multiple countries, including Sweden, France, Uganda, and Kenya. Régine is the founder and director of Mau Mau Kahawa Ltd, working to enhance the roasted coffee market for smallholder producers in Kenya. Other roles include representing AVPA, being the official distributor for PUQpress HQ, and serving as a brand ambassador for La Pavoni in Kenya. Régine has also held leadership positions at BOMA International Hospitality College and Beanstitute, focusing on improving coffee quality and sustainability in Kenya. With a commitment to education and community development, Régine aims to support agricultural producers and improve specialty coffee consumption through diverse initiatives.
