Susan Lutz Mpa Coe

Susan Lutz MPA COE is an experienced healthcare operations leader with a comprehensive background in the eye care sector. Currently serving as Regional Director of Operations at Michigan Eye Institute and Specialty Eye Institute since October 2023 and August 2021 respectively, Susan has previously held leadership roles such as Director of Administrative Services and Director of Strategy and Compliance at Specialty Eye Institute. Prior positions include Office Manager at Clarkson Eyecare and Doctor's Approach Dermatology, as well as Accounts Receivable Manager at Lansing Ophthalmology, PC. Susan holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Oakland University.
