Virginia Putnam

Virginia Putnam serves as the Director of Talent & Culture at the Specialty Food Association, overseeing HR guidance on employee relations, staffing, and recruiting since October 2023. As a co-owner of Hawk Lake Lodge, a premier fishing resort in Northern Ontario, Virginia contributes to its operations and guest experience. Previously, Virginia held the position of Director of Talent at BizAnalytica, establishing HR infrastructure and implementing payroll processes for both the USA and India. Virginia's extensive experience includes over 15 years at Revenue Solutions Inc, serving in multiple HR roles, and a background in IT consulting with Accenture, where Virginia designed and implemented Integrated Tax Systems for government agencies. Virginia holds a BA in Business Management with a double minor in International Studies and Chinese from North Carolina State University.
