Christina Yordanof

Christina Yordanof, MScEng, PMP is a bilingual Senior Coordinator of Clinical Programs at Shoppers Drug Mart Specialty Health Network, with extensive experience in patient support programs since October 2017. Previously, Christina held various roles at Shoppers Drug Mart from 2007 to 2017, including Assistant Front Store Manager, where responsibilities included managing resources and enhancing customer experiences, and Supervisor of Customer Service, overseeing staff and resolving customer issues. Earlier in Christina's career, from 2002 to 2006, Christina served as a Regional MR/Key Account Manager at Bayer Schering Pharma, focusing on market potential, sales strategies, and customer relations within the pharmaceuticals sector. Educational qualifications include a Project Management Certification from the University of Toronto, advanced training in Chemical Engineering and Economics from Polytechnique Montréal, and a M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering and Management from the University of Chemical Technology and Metallurgy.
