Joanne Tam is a highly experienced pharmacy professional currently serving as National Manager, Pharmacist Field Case Manager, and Account Manager for Patient Support Programs at Shoppers Drug Mart Specialty Health Network since November 2021. In addition, Joanne holds the position of Quality Assurance Assessor and Coach at the Ontario College of Pharmacists. Previous roles include Clinical Consultant Pharmacist at MediSystem Technologies Inc. from March 2012 to February 2022 and Staff Pharmacist at Katz Group Canada Ltd. / Rexall Pharma Plus from June 2008 to March 2012. Earlier in the career, Joanne gained valuable experience through various pharmacy student internships at prominent healthcare facilities, including Sunnybrook and the Ottawa Hospital. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Toronto, completed in 2008.
