Artur Szymczak

Artur Szymczak has a diverse and extensive work experience history. Artur currently serves as the Vice President of the Canadian Call Centre at Specialty Life Insurance since July 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Director of Sales Operation and Strategy at Specialty Life Insurance from September 2018 to July 2022.

Before joining Specialty Life Insurance, Artur worked as the Principal Consultant at Artur Szymczak Consulting Services since 2017. In this role, they focused on transitioning strategy into execution, business development, change management, and enhancing human capital and operations for organizations.

In their earlier career, Artur held various managerial positions. Artur was the Insurance, Sales, and Distribution Manager at CAA Club Group of companies from 2015 to 2017. Before that, they served as the Manager of Insurance Contact Centre & Document Management Operations at CAA South Central Ontario from 2014 to 2015. Artur also worked as a Manager of Sales at CAA South Central Ontario from 2011 to 2014.

Additionally, Artur's work experience includes a role as the Director of Lead Generation and Inside Sales - Consultant at The SalesForce Group in 2011, Manager of Consumer Sales Centre at Co-operators from 2008 to 2011, and President at IMS Client Relation Solutions from 2006 to 2008.

Artur's career began at ING, where they held managerial positions as the Manager of Mutual Funds from 2005 to 2006 and Manager of Mortgage Broker Services from 2002 to 2005.

Artur Szymczak's education history includes completing an Executive Leadership Program at The Executive Roundtable from 2013 to 2014. In 2010 to 2011, they attended the Cooperator's Executive Leadership Program, where they completed a Leadership Enhancement and Development Program. Artur graduated from the University of Toronto in 2000 with an Honours, Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. In 2015, they obtained a General Insurance License from the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, with a specialization in Other than Life Insurance. Artur earned a Certified Sales Professional Designation from the Canadian Sales Professional Association in 2012. Additionally, they completed a Branch Manager program at the Investment Funds Institute of Canada in 2005 and took the Canadian Securities Course at the Canadian Securities Institute in 2001. Currently, they are in progress of completing the Certified Insurance Professional program at the Insurance Institute.
