Ashley Salguero is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief People Officer and previously as Human Resources Director at Specialty Produce since February 2018, Ashley has built a strong foundation in HR management. Prior to this, Ashley held multiple positions at Efficient Edge HR & Insurance Services, including Senior Account Manager and Senior Benefits Strategist, where responsibilities encompassed account management and benefit enrollment consulting. Earlier career experience includes serving as HR Administrator at Sunroad Enterprises, focusing on new hire processing. Ashley is also well-educated, having completed studies at UC San Diego Extended Studies and obtaining a Life, Health & Disability Insurance License from Mike Russ Financial Training Institution.
