Bradley Perrier has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Bradley started their career in 1990 as a Packaging Engineer at ADC. Bradley then worked as a Process Manager/Maintenance Mechanical at International Paper from 1992 to 1994. Afterward, they owned and operated Framel Fence Co. from 1994 to 1997. Bradley then joined Trane as an Operations Manager from 1997 to 2004. Following that, they worked as the General Manager at Southern Steel & Wire for a year before becoming an Operations Manager at Ingersoll Rand from 2005 to 2010. Bradley then served as the Director of Strategic Services at the City of Irving from 2010 to 2012. Bradley Perrier then transitioned to Xylem Inc. as the Director of Operations from 2012 to 2015. Currently, they are working at SPI - Specialty Products & Insulation, where they started as the Director of Fabrication in 2015 and is currently serving as the Vice President of Fabrication since January 2022. Additionally, Bradley Perrier has significant military experience, having served in the US Army for 32 years, rising to the rank of Colonel and culminating their career as a Brigade Commander.

Bradley Perrier received their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 1982 to 1986. Later, from 1999 to 2001, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General at Webster University.
