Chance Mercure

Chance Mercure has a wealth of experience in various senior leadership roles. Chance began their career in the US Army, where they served as an Executive Officer, Combat Platoon Leader, and Project Manager, demonstrating their accountable leadership and tactical planning skills. After leaving the military, Chance worked at Stryker as a Manufacturing Unit Manager, focusing on medical device manufacturing and team development.

In 1999, Chance joined KPA LLC, where they held the positions of Director of Sales & Operations (US East Coast) and Vice President of Operations, showcasing their expertise in sales, profitable growth, and change management. Chance then moved on to Keystone Automotive Operations, where they served as the General Manager of the A&A Retail Division, National Sales Director for Canada, and Director of Sales (West Coast), exhibiting their turnaround abilities and sales team development skills.

Chance then joined Door Components, Inc. as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Executive Sales Leader, contributing to the company's sales and marketing strategies as a part of the senior leadership team. Most recently, they served as the Regional Vice President for the US and Canada at SPI - Specialty Products & Insulation, responsible for sales and operations, including senior leadership team and executive sales leader roles.

Chance Mercure attended Kennewick High School from 1984 to 1988. After completing high school, they went on to study at Seattle University in 1988 for a year, although the degree name and field of study are unknown. From 1989 to 1993, Chance attended the United States Military Academy at West Point, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering.
