Nina Stasinopoulos

Nina Stasinopoulos has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on organizational growth and employee engagement. Nina has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Human Resources at SPI - Specialty Products & Insulation, where they led HR functions for a highly acquisitive organization, resulting in a significant increase in headcount and locations. Nina also implemented retention and variable pay plans to support organic growth. Prior to this, Nina held similar roles at HEPACO, LLC, Jacobsen (A Textron Company), Bell Helicopter (A Textron Company), and Greenlee. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, leadership training, performance management, and negotiations strategy.

Nina Stasinopoulos holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Relations (Human Resources) from Loyola University Chicago. Nina also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Psychology from the same institution. In addition, they have certifications as a Green Belt from Textron Six Sigma and as a Labor Relations Specialist from the Michigan State University School of Human Resources and Labor Relations.
