Stephanie then moved on to become a Regional Director of Operations at both D4C DENTAL BRANDS, INC. and Hero Practice Services, where they also served as a Senior Director of Orthodontic Operations and later as a Senior Director of Procurement. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of Regional Director of Operations at Hero Practice Services. In 2022, Stephanie joined Tend as a Senior Director of Orthodontics until 2023 when they became the Vice President of Operations at Specialty Smile Partners.
Stephanie S. attended James Madison University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology and Health Sciences.
