Matthew Cruz

Matthew Cruz has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Matthew started their career as a Team Lead at Laser Quest from 2014 to 2016. Matthew then worked as a Bank Teller at Navy Army Community Credit Union from 2019 to 2020. From 2018 to 2021, Matthew held the position of Technical Data Analyst/Jr IT Technician at TexasFile, where they performed various IT tasks and developed scripts for data parsing and program development. Subsequently, they worked as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks from 2016 to 2022. Matthew's most recent position was at KIPP Texas Public Schools, where they served as a Senior IT Technician/Asset Manager from 2021 to 2022. In this role, they managed thousands of assets and led a Chromebook Distribution Project. Currently, Matthew is working at Specialty1 Partners as an IT Integrations Lead starting from June 2023.

Matthew Cruz attended Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi from 2016 to 2020, where they pursued a degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Information Systems. In August 2021, they obtained a Google IT Certification from Coursera.
