Jason Pace

Jason Pace is an accomplished manager with extensive experience in the food service industry and retail operations. Currently serving as the Front of House Manager at Specialty's Cafe & Bakery since September 2018, Jason oversees a team of 10-12 associates and ensures compliance with health and safety standards. Prior roles include Catering and Event Operations Manager at Manny's Cafeteria & Delicatessen, where Jason focused on sales growth and marketing strategies, and Assistant Store Director at Jewel-Osco, managing overall store operations and executing marketing campaigns. Additional experience includes various managerial positions at Jewel-Osco and an early role as a Deli Clerk at Schnuck Markets, Inc. Jason holds a Master’s Degree in Music Performance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Performance from Texas Tech University.
