Jim Mellon

Jim Mellon is a seasoned professional in the field of business development and immunology, currently serving as the Senior Director of Business Development at Specifica, a Q² Solutions Company, since January 2023. Prior to this, Jim held the position of Director and Site Lead for the Antibody Reagents and Vaccines business unit at Labcorp Drug Development from July 2020 to January 2023, overseeing operational and client service teams. Jim's career began at Covance, where Jim served as Senior Business Development Director for the East Coast US and Canada and as Lead Research Associate in the Immunochemistry Laboratory. Jim began career development with an internship at Fox Chase Cancer Center, focusing on protein crystallography. Jim holds an MBA in Management from Eastern University and a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Biology and Chemistry from Shippensburg University and Eastern University, respectively.
