John Dixon is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in utilities and infrastructure management. Currently serving as Project Manager for Privatized Utilities at Tyndall Air Force Base through SpecPro Professional Services since May 2020, John also holds the title of AFCEC - CIUU Government Detachment Project Manager at the same organization. Prior to this, John spent over three decades at Covenant Electric, Inc. as a Senior Project Manager, and earlier worked as an electrician at Auburn Electric Co. John holds two Bachelor's degrees from Johnson University, one in Divinity/Ministry and another in Bible/Biblical Studies with a focus on counseling.

SpecPro Professional Services (SPS) is a SBA 8(a) program participant (March 2015) and Alaska Native Corporation (ANC), focused upon delivering top-quality Advisory and Assistance Support (A&AS) services to Federal Agencies of the U.S. Government. SPS is part of the Government Services Group under the Bristol Bay Native Corporation (BBNC) Government Services portfolio of subsidiaries. SPS is able to accept sole source / directed source contracts from Federal Agencies of up to $22M in total contract value (as a tribally-owned 8(a) small, disadvantaged business).
