Ashleigh Hinde

Ashleigh Hinde currently serves as Managing Director and Executive VP at Specsavers and as Co-founder and Chairman of Vision Labs Inc, both roles held since January 2024. Prior to this, Ashleigh was the Founder and CEO of WALDO from August 2017 until its acquisition by Specsavers in January 2024. Between July 2016 and July 2017, Ashleigh worked as an Engagement Fellow at Yard Ventures, a venture capital firm associated with Harvard alumni. Ashleigh's previous experience includes serving as Acquisition Integration Lead at JTI from January 2011 to December 2015 and a brief position in Brand Marketing at Woolworths in early 2011. Ashleigh holds a Master of Management in Corporate Finance from Harvard University, along with a PDEM in Enterprise Management (Marketing) and a Bachelor's degree in Social Science with a focus on Commercial Law, Organizational Psychology, and Media from the University of Cape Town.
