Caroline Edmunds has extensive work experience in human resources, starting in 2002 with roles in HR coordination and administration at Hilton Hotels. Caroline then worked as an HR advisor at the NHS before joining BAA, where they progressed from HR advisor to head of HR. Following their time at BAA, they worked as a senior HR manager at GAME before transitioning to Specsavers. At Specsavers, Caroline held various HR roles, including HR business partner, senior HR business partner, head of HR for the UK and ROI, and director of colleague experience. Currently, they hold the position of people director at Specsavers and is part of the senior executive team. Caroline has led initiatives in talent management, strategy delivery, and colleague retention during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Caroline Edmunds completed their education at the University of Portsmouth from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a degree in HR Management (MCIPD). Prior to that, they attended Bournemouth University from 2000 to 2004, earning a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Business Development (BSc Hons).
