Charlotte Jones

Charlotte Jones currently serves as Head of Trading for Audiology at Specsavers, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Charlotte worked as Group Head of Audiology at Leightons Opticians and Hearing Care from September 2021 to November 2023 and as Head of Audiology at The Hearing Care Partnership from September 2017 to November 2023. Previous experience includes serving as Professional Services Manager and Audiologist at Leightons Opticians and Hearing Care and as Press Officer with the British Academy of Audiology. Additionally, Charlotte held the position of South East England Regional Manager at Oticon Ltd and worked as a Senior Paediatric Audiologist and Audiologist at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Audiology from the University of Bristol, completed in 2009.
