Daniel Micic

Daniel Micic is a seasoned retail professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the retail sector. Currently, as a Retail Partner and Retail Store Manager at Specsavers since July 2019, Daniel manages a team of over 25 employees and oversees yearly revenues of up to $3 million, driving year-on-year growth through strategic project management and team development. Prior to Specsavers, Daniel served as a Multi-site Business Manager at BIG W from November 2013 to June 2019, where successful turnarounds of non-profitable businesses were achieved, alongside training responsibilities for new recruits and managers. Daniel holds a Diploma of Leadership and Management from Swinburne University of Technology and a Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing from TAFE NSW.
