James Rands

James Rands has a diverse range of work experience. James started their career at B&Q, where they held various retail manager placements and later worked as a trading advisor and senior communications manager. James then moved on to Hampshire County Council, where they worked for a year and a half. After that, they joined Specsavers as a senior communications and marketing manager before moving up to become the senior HR shared services manager. James later became the senior HR development manager, leading the system design process and business change elements of a UK People Data and Payroll program. Most recently, they held the position of head of people data, insight, and administration at Specsavers, where they led the sourcing, cleanse, transformation, and migration of colleague records, among other responsibilities. Overall, James Rands has extensive experience in HR administration, data, and analytics, with a focus on system implementation and process improvements.

James Rands has studied Media, English Literature, Information Technology, and Theatre Studies at Barton College.
