John Faires

John Faires has a diverse work experience in the retail and optometry industry. John currently holds the position of Director of Central Operations at Specsavers Canada, starting in March 2022. Prior to this, they were Head of Retail at Specsavers Canada from March 2021 to March 2022.

Before joining Specsavers Canada, John worked at Image Optometry as the Group Operations Manager from January 2017 to March 2021, where they were responsible for overseeing operations and implementing growth strategies for a 19-store retail/medical chain. John achieved significant revenue growth during their tenure.

John also served as the General Manager at Lenscrafters from September 2012 to July 2016. John played a pivotal role in the successful launch of a new LensCrafters location and was accountable for meeting store and revenue targets.
