Laura Savory - Certified Member (CIIC) has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Laura started their career in 2004 at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust as an Operations Manager, focusing on service improvement. In 2008, they worked as an Operations Manager at Cegos before taking a career break to travel in Australia and New Zealand. Upon their return in 2010, they joined Waitrose & Partners, where they held multiple roles including Internal Communications Manager, Engagement Manager, and Department Manager - Change. In 2019, they briefly worked as a Senior Manager Internal Communications at Specsavers before taking on a more senior role as Global Head of Communications and Engagement. In addition, they also worked as a Level 2 swimming teacher at Basingstoke Sports Trust. Laura's work experience demonstrates their expertise in communications, internal communications, engagement, and service improvement.
