Leon Ben

Leon Ben has a diverse work experience, primarily in the technology and optical retail industry. Leon began their career as a Systems Administrator at Kinetic IT in 2002 and later transitioned into the role of ITSM Consultant, responsible for implementing ITIL-based technology and process improvements at large organizations. In 2007, Leon joined Specsavers Optical Group Ltd as the Asia Pacific Service Improvement Manager, where they played a key role in optimizing operations and enhancing customer experience. Leon later became the Head of Performance and Continual Improvement at Specsavers, overseeing the company's performance and ensuring ongoing improvement. In 2021, Leon joined Specsavers Canada as the Technology Director, leading the efforts to deliver exceptional customer care and value in the Canadian market. Prior to their roles at Kinetic IT and Specsavers, Leon also worked as a Senior Consultant at ProActive Services.

Leon Ben completed their Bachelor's degree in Commerce, with a focus on Marketing and Information Systems, from Curtin University between 1998 and 2001. Additionally, they hold certifications in CoBIT Foundations from ISACA, as well as ITIL V2 Managers and ITIL V3 Expert from Exin.
