Luke Walford

Luke Walford has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies.

Luke started their career at Hays Technology in 1998, where they worked as an Operations Manager for five years.

In 2003, Walford joined TM Logistics as a General Manager, a position they held for eight years.

In 2011, they moved to Bibby Distribution and worked as a Divisional Operations Manager for a year.

Walford then joined Specsavers in 2012 and held various roles within the company. Luke started as a Manufacturing & Distribution Manager, then moved on to become the Head of Manufacturing and Distribution. Luke later became the Head of Group Warehousing & Distribution and eventually the Director of Group Logistics & Distribution.

Most recently, Walford has taken on the role of Director of Supply Chain Development - North America at Specsavers in 2022.

Luke Walford obtained a Master of Science degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of Warwick - WMG in 2017-2018. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Leisure Management from Solent University from 1993-1995.
