Matt Baker

Matt Baker has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Matt began their career at Anglia Ruskin University, where they pursued a BA in Business Management, Leadership & Change from September 2017 to August 2019.

In 2011, Matt joined Co-op and worked in various management roles, being responsible for a turnover of over £20 million and leading a team of 25 colleagues. Matt also held positions in Projects & Programmes at the Retail Support Centre from August 2016 to August 2019, and in Change Management - Change, OD, Comms from August 2019 to January 2022.

Currently, Matt is employed at Specsavers as a Change Manager since January 2022. Matt also serves as the Global Communications Lead - Technology from September 2023 onwards.

Matt Baker attended Anglia Ruskin University from 2017 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree. Additionally, they completed a program in Project Methodology at Co-op Food.
