Paul Bott

Paul joined the Specsavers Executive Committee in 2017 as Group Commercial Director based in Guernsey and in 2019 returned to Melbourne with responsibility for our ANZ optics business. Having joined Specsavers in 2005, Paul initially worked as a Commercial Manager. In 2007 he relocated to Melbourne, establishing our Hong Kong office and forming part of the team for our market entry into Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). As Commercial Director for ANZ, Paul was responsible for critical business functions, including Finance, IT, Commercial Projects and Optometry.
