Russell Peake

Russell Peake has over 25 years of experience in the optical industry, currently serving as the Head of Clinical Performance at Specsavers since January 2017. In this role, Russell leads the development and implementation of the ophthalmic lens and dispensing retail strategy across the UK, Republic of Ireland, and Spain. Prior to Specsavers, Russell was a Committee Member for the Coventry and Warwickshire Local Optical Committee from March 2013 to May 2020, and held various positions at Boots Opticians from September 1997 to January 2017, including Customer Proposition Development Manager and Clinical Governance Optometrist. Russell Peake earned a BSc (Hons) in Optometry from Aston University between 1999 and 2002.
