Shiah Bazeley

Shiah Bazeley has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting from 2023, Shiah has worked as the People Director, North America (VP, HR) at Specsavers. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2023, Shiah served as the Vice President, People + Culture at Daiya Foods Inc. From 2014 to 2019, Shiah was the Head of People & Culture at Vega, where they were responsible for strategic and operational leadership of the human resources function. Shiah also worked as the Director of Human Resources at SUGOI from 2012 to 2014, and at Relic Entertainment from 2009 to 2012. Before that, from 2008 to 2009, Shiah worked as the Manager of Human Resources at Nexon Publishing North America (Humanature Studio). Shiah's earlier work experience includes roles such as Human Resources Business Partner and Organizational Development Analyst at Teligence from 2005 to 2008, Senior Training Coordinator at ADR Group (UK) from 2003 to 2005, and Creative Services Coordinator at The Eyes Multimedia Productions Inc. from 2000 to 2002.

Shiah Bazeley obtained a Management Certificate in Human Resources from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 2008. In 2001, Shiah also received a Diploma of Technology in Broadcast & Media Communications from the same institution. Additionally, Shiah has obtained several certifications, including Certified Associate from Emergenetics International in 2016, Certified Holistic Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2014, and Coach from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in 2010.
