Usama Shaikh

Usama Shaikh is a Store Manager and Licensed Optician at Specsavers, overseeing clinic operations, staff training, and regulatory compliance since February 2023. Prior to this role, Usama held various positions in the optometry field, including Supervisor and Licensed Optician, where leadership and customer service skills were honed. Usama's experience also includes serving as Manager and Head Optician at Look Optometry + Eyewear, and as a Student Optician at Bailey Nelson, developing expertise in sales and clinical support.
