Michael Filippi is currently the CEO and Founder at Spectacle. Prior to that, they were the Strategy Lead at Sterling-Rice Group from November 2015 to September 2017. There, they led a variety of complex strategic engagements to turn ambiguity into opportunity. This included developing global growth roadmaps, new brand and product strategy development, M&A support, and global innovation initiatives.
Before Sterling-Rice Group, Michael was an Engagement Manager at Prophet from April 2011 to October 2015 where they led projects to help clients connect with their customers and build stronger brands to drive growth.
Prior to Prophet, Michael worked as a Strategy Consultant for Accenture from September 2005 to March 2011. Michael started at Accenture as an Intern Consultant from June 2004 to August 2004.
