Natalie Kester

Natalie Kester is an experienced architectural professional with a strong focus on historic preservation and project management. Currently serving as an Architectural Preservation Associate at Spectra Company, Natalie has previously held significant roles at Herdman Architecture + Design, Inc. as a Senior Project Manager, BIM Coordinator, and Project Manager, managing various industrial projects in Southern California. Prior experience includes positions as a Senior Job Captain and Job Captain at Ware Malcomb, where Natalie co-led BIM initiatives for advanced manufacturing and cold storage projects. Additional experience encompasses design and management roles at Bill James and Associates Architects, SMP Consulting Engineers Ltd., and other organizations. Natalie holds a Master of Science in Historic Conservation from Oxford Brookes University and a Bachelor of Architecture from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, alongside an International Diploma in Project Management.
