Jason Moore has held various software engineering roles throughout their career. Jason began as a Software Engineer at Motorola in 2000, where they contributed to the development of the 3G wireless network system. In 2001, they became a Senior Software Engineer at General Dynamics C4 Systems, leading a team in the upgrade and modernization of the U.S. Coast Guard's search and rescue communications system.
From 2008 to 2009, Moore worked as a Software Engineer at Zephyr Associates, where they followed Agile Principles to design and develop new features for the StyleADVISOR analytics software package. Jason then joined SpectorSoft in 2010 as a Software Engineer, focusing on the development and maintenance of the SPECTOR 360 software for centralized employee monitoring. During this time, they transformed and modernized the setup software, greatly improving the user experience.
In 2012, Moore worked as a Software Engineer at Keymark Enterprises, contributing to the development of the KeyBuild whole house design software. Jason also modified and resolved defects in legacy Fortran libraries. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Senior Software Engineer at PIXIA Corp, where they played a technical role in the development of new features for the HiPER LOOK and PIXIA Core libraries. Jason also developed a cross-platform UDP sockets API.
Currently, Moore holds the position of Senior Software Engineer at Spectra Logic, a role they have held since 2015.
Jason Moore attended Colorado State University from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
