Jennifer Giardina is an experienced vocational educator and trainer with a strong background in retail operations, fitness, and management training. Currently serving as a Vocational Educator Trainer at Spectra Training since January 2008, Jennifer has contributed to providing workplace training solutions within Australia's largest privately owned Registered Training Organisation. Concurrently, Jennifer is a Training and Assessor for retail with Super Retail Group since February 2015, where responsibilities include training for Certificate III in Retail Operations and Certificate IV in Retail Management. Additional experience includes roles as a Personal Trainer Fitness, Trainer and Assessor for various leadership and management diplomas, and previous positions in fashion and accounts management. Jennifer holds a Diploma in VET and Design from NMIT, completed between 2012 and 2014.
