Amber Kramer is the Senior Human Resources Director at Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. Amber was previously the Director of Human Capital at BEST Crowd Management from January 2017 to June 2021.
Kramer is a human resources leader with over 25,000 employees spread throughout 21 states. Amber has centralized nationwide recruiting efforts, automation and system implementations; leading to >500k low-wage, part-time applicants each year. Amber has also advised on issues related to human capital strategy including workforce planning, diversity and inclusion and talent management.
Kramer has built and guided team of HR leaders, TA leaders and independent contributors as company matured. Amber has allied with leaders throughout to promote strong connection between operations & human capital fostering natural engagement of HR resulting in proactive solutions to complicated matters. Amber has also led and responded to company’s legal matters, union activities, EEOC charges, DOL claims, mediations with strong efforts to resolve matters with minimal fiscal impact and risk while improving practices as needed.
Kramer has identified and implemented vendors to improve and maintain ongoing compliance across multiple states. Amber has overseen state and industry compliance for all new hires and designed training curriculum to ensure all applicable outside audits are favorable, while leveraging systems for data collection and reporting.
Kramer has partnered with executive team in matrix environment ensuring successful transition throughout re-branding and acquisitions. Amber has assisted with the aggressive growth of the organization, including a 250% increase in revenue ($14mm in 2017, $49mm in 2020). Amber has also supported the reinvention of company’s brand during Covid-19; assist in the creation and implementation of Covid-19 policies and requirements, while adhering to facility/client guidelines.
Amber Kramer received their Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Management from The College of St. Scholastica. Amber also has a certification from MRA - The Management Association in Organizational Development and Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.
