Sebastian Trip

Sebastian Trip, PhD, is currently a Member at Custos IPC, providing patent services in-house and on project basis. Sebastian has previous experience as a Research Coordinator at Spectral, an IP specialist and R&D specialist at Inreda Diabetic, and as a Patent Engineer at Custos IP. Sebastian has a background in research in smart energy networks, smart charging algorithms for EVs, and control of DC microgrids. Sebastian holds a PhD in Control Engineering with a focus on Cyber-Physical Systems and Smart Grids. Sebastian's educational background includes a PhD in Applied Mathematics and Control Engineering, a Master's Degree in Energy and Environmental Sciences, and Bachelor's Degrees in Physics and Hydrology.
