Jim Winso is the current President and CEO of Spectral Labs. Jim has previous experience as a Senior Vice President, Program Manager, and General Manager at SAIC- Science Applications International Corporation from January 1986 to December 2007. Jim has been with Spectral Labs Incorporated since it's creation and has been a vital part in it's success.
Jim Winso has a MS in Nuclear Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a BS in Physics from Drexel University.
