Beth Ellertson (She/Her)

Beth Ellertson has extensive work experience in various roles related to program and project management and software testing. Beth'smost recent role is as a Program Manager at Spectralink Corporation, which they started in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Program Manager/Scrum Master at Alfi, Inc from October 2021 to September 2022. Beth also served as a Scrum Master at Dell Technologies from May 2021 to October 2021, and as a Scrum Master Project Manager and Scrum Master/Project Manager at Kaiser Permanente from January 2020 to May 2021 and October 2020 to October 2021, respectively.

Earlier in their career, Beth worked at Dell EMC as a Senior Advisor, Technical Program Manager, Advisor, Technical Program Manager, SQA Group Leader, Principal Quality Software Engineer, and Senior Software Test Engineer from 2001 to 2019. Beth also had experience as a Software Test Engineer at Inflow, a Test Engineer at Abacus, and a Test Engineer at UniData.

Beth Ellertson (She/Her) graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder in 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies. In 2014, they obtained the Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certification from Scrum Alliance. In 2020, Beth obtained the SAFe 4 Practitioner Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
