Charles "Bus" Henry has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Charles "Bus" started their career at Symbol Technologies as an RF Consultant, where they provided expertise in radio frequency technology for a decade. Charles "Bus" then joined Bay Networks / Nortel Networks as a Router Technology Manager. At Nortel, they held various roles including Senior Network Support Engineer, Rapid Response Team Leader, Global Network Product Support - VoIP Team Leader, and Channel Effectiveness Manager.

In 2009, Charles joined Polycom as an NPI Project Manager, working on Service Readiness and Cross-Functional Teams for global field readiness initiatives.
