Matt Perry's work experience begins in 1996 as a Finance Analyst at American Express, where they provided key information to senior managers and prepared presentations under tight deadlines. In 1998, they joined the Royal Bank of Scotland as a Messaging Consultant, managing major infrastructure projects and providing top-tier support for approximately 130,000 users. From 2004 to 2021, Matt worked at ICON, starting as an IT Consultant and later becoming the IT Manager for Unified Communications. In these roles, they provided technical expertise and consultancy to understand customer requirements, designed and implemented voice mobility solutions, and managed the technical and support teams. In 2021, Matt joined Entropie as a Technical Manager in Unified Communications, overseeing technical operations until 2022. Currently, they are working as a Technical Support Specialist at Spectralink Corporation.
