Julia Czerwińska

Julia Czerwińska is a Legal Counsel at Spectris Energy, a subsidiary of GoldenPeaks Capital, since February 2023. Prior to this role, Julia worked as an Associate at CMS Cameron McKenna from January 2019 to January 2023, specializing in Banking & International Finance, where responsibilities included advising on financial transactions, preparing documentation, and conducting due diligence for investments in renewable energy projects. Julia's prior experience includes working as a Lawyer and Trainee Advocate at Hogan Lovells from April 2017 to December 2018, focusing on legal services for banking infrastructure and project finance, as well as serving as a Paralegal at the same firm. Julia holds a Master of Laws from the University of Warsaw, and additional qualifications from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, the Warsaw Bar Association, the British Law Centre, and Université d'Orléans.
