Derek Harding

Derek Harding is the current Chief Financial Officer at Spectris plc. Prior to this, they were the interim CEO at Shop Direct from January 2018 to May 2018, and the Group Finance Director at Shop Direct from July 2017 to December 2018. Derek was also the Group Finance Director at Senior plc from September 2013 to June 2017, and before that, they held various positions at Wolseley UK from June 2010 to August 2013, including Finance Director - Wolseley UK, Director of Group Strategy & Investor Relations, and Director of Financial Reporting.
