Minone M. has worked in various technical and customer service roles, starting as a Technical Customer Service Representative at BigBelly Solar before moving on to become a Project Management Support for SPAWAR at SAIC. They currently hold the position of Customer Success Manager and Technical Support Engineer at Spectro Scientific. Minone M. holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and also participated in a Study Abroad Program at the University of Roehampton in 2008.
