Rajarathnam Chandramouli (Mouli), Ph.D. has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Rajarathnam is currently serving as the CEO of Spectronn, a position they assumed in 2020. In 2022, they joined Galois, Inc. as a Principal Scientist. Prior to this, they worked as an Adjunct Faculty Member at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Jammu starting from 2019. In 2012, they co-founded Jaasuz, a start-up company that provides advanced data mining algorithms and software technologies. Rajarathnam also has experience in independent consulting as a Subject Matter Expert since 2010. Mouli's academic career includes serving as a Faculty Member at the Stevens Institute for Artificial Intelligence from 2018 to 2022, and as the Thomas Hattrick Chair Professor at the Stevens Institute of Technology from 2000 to 2022. Rajarathnam has also held roles as an Advisor and Startup Mentor at Maker Village from 2016 to 2020. Additionally, Mouli was the Founding Director of the NSF SAVI: Institute for Cognitive Networking, Connecting the Next Billion, Affordably from 2015 to 2018. Rajarathnam co-founded Dynamic Spectrum, LLC in 2012, where they played a key role in developing cognition-based dynamic spectrum access wireless networks.
Rajarathnam Chandramouli, also known as Mouli, holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of South Florida, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Prior to that, they earned their M.E. in Electrical Communications Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) between 1990 and 1994. Mouli's undergraduate studies were completed at Loyola College, Chennai, where they obtained a BSc in Mathematics from 1987 to 1990. Additionally, they pursued another M.E. degree in Electrical Communication Engineering at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc). The specific dates for this program are not provided.
