Rick Heck

Rick Heck has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Rick started their career at Bell Atlantic / NYNEX in 1984 as a Senior Systems Analyst, where they represented the company at national forums and addressed billing issues. Rick'sexpertise included Bill Data Tape output specifications, and they were responsible for writing requirements and maintaining programs for generating carrier and end user bills. Rick also managed customers generating over 2 billion dollars of revenue. After leaving Bell Atlantic / NYNEX in 2000, Rick held the position of Director of Revenue Assurance at Spectrotel.

Rick Heck attended LIU Post from 1981 to 1982, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing. In July 2020, they obtained a certification in "Excel: Tips and Tricks" from LinkedIn.
