Spectrum Academy
Kristie Saltzgiver has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kristie is currently employed as a Teacher at Spectrum Academy since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Davis Technical College from January 2013 to August 2021 as a Chef and Instructor. From July 2010 to January 2013, they served as a Day Care Chef at Bravo Arts Academy. Kristie also has experience as a Banquet Chef at Arizona Biltmore - A Waldorf Astoria Resort from 2005 to 2007 and as a Line Cook at Emerils New Orleans Fishhouse from 2004 to 2006. Kristie began their career as an Intern at The Broadmoor from June 2003 to September 2003.
Kristie Saltzgiver began their education in 2000 at Davis Technical College. Kristie studied Culinary Arts/Chef Training for two years but did not obtain a degree. In 2002, they transferred to The Culinary Institute of America, where they pursued an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training. Kristie completed their studies in 2004.
Spectrum Academy
Spectrum Academy is the research-based model for inclusive education for children with autism spectrum disorders who require mild to moderate support. They operate kindergarten through 12th grade and transition age-of-majority in state-of-the-art facilities. Spectrum Academy offers public classes and opportunities for students in technology, arts,recreation, vocational, and academics.
