Carlo Manicardi

Carlo Manicardi has extensive experience in management and sales, currently serving as General Manager Italy and Amministratore Delegato at Spectrum Brands since March 2005, overseeing brands such as Eukanuba, Iams, and Tetra, while reporting to the Area Manager for West Europe. Prior to this role, Carlo worked as Country Business Manager at Holt Lloyd srl, managing the Italian subsidiary of Honeywell CPG, and overseeing a team responsible for the company's entire P&L. Earlier experience includes Sales Manager for Boeder Italia, focusing on grocery channel sales in IT accessories, and Grocery Sales Account at E.R. Rovera, where sales were directed toward key grocery customers for sporting goods. Carlo holds a Laurea in Scienze Politiche from Università Statale Milano, completed in 1995.
