Jay Kuzia

Jay Kuzia is a seasoned professional in new product development, currently serving as Senior Manager for Personal Care at Spectrum Brands, Inc. since August 2011. In this role, Jay oversees the success of various NPD programs, focusing on quality, cost, schedule, and consumer satisfaction while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
