Jesse Elgin

Jesse Elgin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and product development. Currently serving as Senior Manager of NPD Value Engineering at Spectrum Brands, Inc. since February 2022, Jesse previously held various roles at STERIS Corporation from January 2005 to October 2020, including Process Engineering Manager, Process Engineering Supervisor, and Project Engineer, focusing on qualification documentation and cleaning qualification duties. Earlier, as a Chemical Engineering Tech at Gates Rubber Incorporated from January 2003 to January 2004, Jesse collaborated with engineering and laboratory staff to develop economically viable products and served as a subject matter expert for standardized operating procedures. Jesse holds an MBA in Finance and a BS in Chemistry from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, along with a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
