Tom Baumgard has extensive experience in quality management, currently serving as the Sr Director of Quality at Spectrum Brands, Inc. since February 2008, with previous roles including Director of Quality, Sr Quality Manager, and Sr Quality Engineer. Prior to this, Tom worked at Briggs & Stratton from September 1994 to February 2008 as a Supplier Quality Engineer. Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management from Southwestern College.
