Marissa Palmer has extensive experience in youth services, currently serving as a Case Manager at Spectrum Child and Family Services since March 2015, where responsibilities include managing cases for adolescent females involved in abuse, neglect, or juvenile delinquency. Previously, Marissa worked as a Youth Specialist, assisting foster care youth with their education and career aspirations, and as a Teacher's Assistant at Victory Learning Center from September 2013 to January 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Grand Canyon University, a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education from Concordia University-Portland, and another Master of Science in Criminal Justice/Legal Studies from Grand Canyon University.
